While finding good food storage options may seem like a simple task, there are several features you will need to consider before investing in the right food storage containers to save your favorite foods and leftovers .

Are Keto Brownies Good?

Do you like Andes Mints? If you like that creamy mint mixed with rich chocolate, you’re going to love these Keto Mint Brownies. The creamy mint frosting is good enough to eat with a spoon, and the dark chocolate of the brownie makes for an awesome combination.

How Many Mint Brownies Does This Make?

It will make 12 good-sized brownies. The recipe makes an 8x6 size pan of them, so it would be perfect for a family dessert , or as a dish to bring with you to a potluck or dinner get together.

  • Butter
  • Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • Superfine Almond Flour

For the Topping

  • Butter
  • Powdered Swerve
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring

How To Make Keto Brownies?

  1. Lightly grease 8 x 6-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  2. Place butter and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 15-20 seconds in the microwave and stir well until the butter and chocolate are melted. Add in almond flour and mix well. Pat this mixture into the greased pan and set it in the refrigerator.
  3. In a small bowl, beat 1/4 cup butter, whipping cream, peppermint extract, and food color with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed. On low speed, gradually beat in powdered Swerve until smooth.
  4. Spread peppermint mixture evenly over chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes For bars, cut into 5 rows by 5 rows.

  • STAINLESS STEEL MEASURING CUPS
  • 8 x 8 Baking Dish

Ingredients

For the Base

  • ▢ 1/2 cup Butter

  • ▢ 1/3 cup Powdered Swerve
  • ▢ 6 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ▢ 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ▢ 1 drop green food coloring

Instructions

  • Lightly grease 8 x 6-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.

  • Place butter and chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat for 15-20 seconds in the microwave and stir well until the butter and chocolate are melted. Add in almond flour and mix well. Pat this mixture into the greased pan and set it in the refrigerator.
