This Chicken Tortilla Soup is extremely delicious and addicting. It’s super easy to dump and cook, and the Instant Pot Blender makes it simple!

You Made This Chicken Tortilla Soup In A Blender?
Everyone likes to prepare their soup differently. For me, I like my Chicken Tortilla Soup to remain a little chunky. However, if you like your soup to be more smooth and less chunky, you can use the puree function on the Instant Pot Blender.
The puree function has quickly become one of my favorite features of the Instant Pot Blender . It makes it super easy to skip messes and effort by one press of a button. Your soup ends up the perfect consistency and you didn’t have to do much at all.
So guys? This soup?
Is the real deal. It’s a very authentic tasting Chicken Tortilla Soup . I know you’re going to think it’s too simple a recipe to be worth anything–but #trustUrvashi. This is simple, full-bodied and yummy. Try it!
Is The Instant Pot Blender Worth Getting?

What If I Don’t Have An Instant Pot Blender?
Well, then, you’re can just make this Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup instead. But I will say, as I did in my review, I do love my Instant Pot Blender . And I say this as someone who has and loves her Vitamix .
We eat a LOT more veggies since we got this blender. Or more appropriately, drinking them. It’s hard to NOT make a good soup in this blender. I throw random things in, and it turns it all into a great soup.
How Spicy Is This Chicken Tortilla Soup?
In the recipe, you will note the ingredient for one canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce. This is literally just one chili, not one can of chilis. If you use the whole can, you will breathe fire like a dragon.

These Keto Blondies are the perfect sweet treat with maple and pecan flavors to satisfy your sweet tooth. They’re delightfully rich and surprisingly low carb!

One of my favorite things about living a low carb lifestyle is how easy it is to make some amazingly tasty sweet treats with just a few modifications to make them keto-friendly.
These Keto Maple Pecan Blondies are no exception. The addition of maple to this recipe may make you think “fall” but your tastebuds will make you want to reach for them all year long.
Why These Keto Blondies Are The Best Low Carb Dessert
- Easy. Mix the ingredients, bake, chill, enjoy,
- Keto . Only 4 net carbs per serving to make them the perfect low carb treat.
- Gluten-Free . A great snack or dessert for anyone with a gluten allergy.
- Yummy. The most delicious maple pecan flavors with an amazing blondie texture.
Much though I love chocolate, I understand that there are people who don’t love chocolate.
Actually scratch that. I don’t understand it. At all.
But I do love variety, so sometimes I feel like a keto chocolate brownie , and other times I feel like eating a blondie instead.
It feels good to have a dessert that’s also healthy. It’s strange using the terms “dessert” and “healthy” in the same sentence but, that’s just how awesome these Keto Pecan Blondies are. They’re a great way to curb those sweet cravings you might run into.
If you can believe it, these Keto Blondies are low carb. A lot of people get skeptical over low carb and healthy desserts because they think they’re not going to taste very good.
I have a very simple rule before I post a keto dessert recipe.
Even it’s a low carb dessert, it has to taste good enough that some one who is NOT keto, will eat it.
These blondies are the perfect sweet treat without sacrificing flavor and yes, I’m quite sure your non-keto family and friends will also like them.
How To Make Pecan Blondies
