Why You’ll Love Making Smores This Way
- Fast. This summertime favorite is ready in less than 30 minutes .
- Easy. A classic dessert made easy with the help of your air fryer .
- Simple Ingredients. You’ll need less than 5 ingredients to make this tasty treat.
- Family-Friendly. A snack your whole family will want to make over and over again.
Ingredients You’ll Need
These three ingredients are seriously all you’ll need to make these indoor s’mores.
Check your pantry for these items before you get started:
- Graham Crackers - For this recipe, I used plain honey graham crackers that you can buy at almost any grocery store.
- Marshmallows - I prefer the newer style of “s’more” marshmallows that are square-shaped. This allows for some marshmallow flavor in every bite.
- Chocolate Bars - The candy bar style rectangular bars work best for these air fryer s’mores. They have smaller segments so you can portion them to fit perfectly on the graham crackers.
How To Make Air Fryer S’mores
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- Place square segments of graham crackers in the air fryer basket.
- Top the graham cracker with a marshmallow.
- Air Fry until the marshmallow is golden brown and melty.
- Top the warm marshmallow and graham cracker with a small portion of the chocolate bar.
- Add another graham cracker on top of the chocolate bar.
- Serve and enjoy!
Tips And Tricks
This recipe is about as simple as they come, but there are a few tips and tricks I like to use to make the PERFECT air fryer s’more:
- Don’t skip the parchment paper or nonstick spray. The marshmallows will expand as they cook (similar to the way they do over a campfire) and you don’t want a sticky mess to scrub off of your air fryer basket.
- Pinch a small portion of the marshmallow off before you add it to your graham cracker. This will make it stick to the graham cracker and prevent it from blowing off during the air frying process.
- Place your individual s’mores at least an inch apart in your air fryer basket to prevent them from melting into each other and making a messy presentation.
- For an extra crispy bite, place the top graham cracker in the air fryer basket for the duration of the cooking time separately from the bottom 3/4 of the rest of the s’more.
Air Fryer S’mores Variations
- Switch out the base. Instead of graham crackers, try using oatmeal or chocolate chip cookies.
- Change up the chocolate. Not a huge fan of plain chocolate bars? Try peanut butter cups, mint chocolate bars, or hazelnut spread instead.
- Use your favorite marshmallows. If you already have marshmallows in your pantry, there’s no need to make a special trip to the store. Use regular, large, or even jumbo marshmallows. Just adjust the size of your graham cracker to match the size.
- Think outside of the box. Use your creativity. Stuff a waffle cone with your favorite ingredients and air fry. Place a layer of marshmallows in an air fryer safe pan and cook. You can even fill a premade graham cracker pie crust with marshmallows and air fry it as long as it fits comfortably inside of your air fryer basket.
Can You Make Them Ahead Of Time?
Whether you’re serving a large crowd or trying to prepare a quick after-school snack, it can be tempting to try to make any recipe ahead of time.
Personally, I would not make these more than 10-15 minutes before serving them. Part of the novelty of s’mores is how warm and melty they are when you eat them. While the flavors will still be similar, the texture will be different than a classic s’more.

These Mixed Berry Popsicles are low carb, make great fat bombs and are perfect for summer. They’re simple, delicious and an excellent way to cool down in the summer.

Mixed Berry Popsicles
If you’re looking for a way to beat the heat this summer, there are few ways as effective and satisfying as a nice cold popsicle. It’s one of those summer treats that is timeless and satisfying no matter how old you get.
Popsicles are one of my favorite ways to cool down in the Texas heat, but oftentimes they are full of sugar and high in carbs, which is not something I welcome as part of my diet. That’s why I set out to make these popsicles both delicious and low carb!
Not only are these popsicles keto, but they also make a fantastic fat bomb! Who said fat bombs have to be in a boring cup or truffle form all the time? Not me, that’s for sure!
Berries are an excellent fruit to use minimally in low-carb cooking for BIG flavor. It doesn’t take many to impart flavor throughout the entire recipe, which is good because if you get too much fruit, you really start to stack on the carbs and natural sugars. While natural sugars are better than refined ones, too much natural sugar is still a bad thing.
What’s in These Berries and Cream Popsicles?
All you need to make these Mixed Berry Popsicles are frozen berries, heavy whipping cream, cottage cheese, Swerve or Truvia, and vanilla extract. The heavy whipping cream and cottage cheese help to make these Mixed Berry Popsicles a fat bomb and also make them creamy and delicious. It helps make the mixture smooth and not at all seedy. Pop them into some popsicle molds and in a few hours you’ll have delicious Mixed Berry Popsicles.
If you use cottage cheese or cream cheese for this recipe, it won’t be hard as a rock when it freezes like other low carb popsicles. These are truly creamy popsicles.
How To Make Low Carb Popsicles:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
- That’s it! Pop them out of their molds and enjoy!
Tips and Tricks for Making Mixed Berry Ice Pops
- Try to leave some of the berries partially intact so you can have bites of fruit in each popsicle.
- You can substitute the cottage cheese in the recipe for ricotta or mascarpone cheese if you’d like. Cream cheese is another great option.
- You can make several of these, remove them from the molds and put them in bags so you can keep several of them in the freezer for whenever you get the urge for one. I used these disposable popsicle bags to store them in the freezer.
- You can find the popsicle molds I used HERE . However, I like these stackable molds better because they’re easier to store in your freezer.
- Here are some low carb fruits and vegetables you can substitute in this recipe.
